This 1853 Braided Hair Large Cent in PCGS MS65RB is cool and kinda crazy!  The obverse is RED, and original RED, not from chemical removal of the toning, while the reverse is RB.  We would point out also that there is more red in the RB in hand on the reverse than our image shows.  What?  How could this happen?  We don't know.  But wait, there is more - it is in an Old Green Holder and was encapsulated in the late 80's-early 90's (Gen 3.0), and thus hasn't changed in over 30 years!  One just doesn't see this too often.  It gives the collector on opportunity to get a RED obverse for slightly more than a generic RB and for way less than a RED example costs.   Hidden value that.
