The Liberty Seated, No Stars variety was only minted for 2 years in limited quantities.  In 1837, 1.4 million of these were minted at Philadelphia with 2 types - one with the Large Date and one with a Small Date. In 1838 New Orleans minted an estimated 70,000 of the No Stars variety in its first year of operation.  Finding any of these the meet CAC standards is a challenge.  
 
This example is the Large Date, aka the Tall Pointed 1, variety graded MS64 by PCGS.  It is the die marriage V2.  There is also a V1 for the Large Date.  As can be viewed by going back and forth between the first two images, vibrant luster radiates while rotating under the light on this lovely half dime.  The surfaces are virtually mark free with only some thin die cracks across the obverse fields and devices.  The obverse is a deep steel blue with hints of lilac in the right orientation under the light.  The reverse is primarily aqua blue and olive  along the edges grading to rose-amber towards the center.  The pq level of this example is A+++.
