Here is an 1810 Capped Bust Half in PCGS XF40.  This is die marriage O-101 and die state a (i.e. O-101a).  The extensive die cracking on the obverse attributes the O-101a die state.  This example exhibits perfect originality that an XF coin should have, nice rich toning that lightens up towards the center. The gorgeous coloring shows pastels of rose and aqua with grey and khaki on the obverse.   The reverse exhibits a dominance of grey and khaki to gold pastels. The surfaces have no obvious detractions, just good old honest wear.  The kind of coin that bursts in eye appeal when perused under the light.
