Here is an 1807 Draped Bust Half in PCGS AU50.  It is the O-105a die variety, considered to be R4.  Dominantly dove grey, with hints of original untoned surfaces in areas and along the devices of the coin on each side.  Along the edges of each side, aqua to amber toning is present giving this lovely half strong eye appeal.  Silky luster with a subtle cartwheel affect is evident under the light.  No detracting marks, a touch of grunge that certifies originality, and just a little bit of wear to give it a low AU grade.  PQ quality for the grade for sure.  This R4 variety carries a premium in both PCGS and CAC retail guides over the more common 1807 varieties.

  • RETURN POLICY

    For orders from this website, we accept returns for 7 days after receipt of coin by buyer.  Buyer must notify us at desertmoonnm@yahoo.com of return within that 7-day time frame.  Coin must be returned in its original plastic slab.   Buyer pays for return shipping.  Refund will be issued upon receipt of coin in the same condition (including the slab) as it was sent to the buyer. 

     

  • SALES TAX

    All orders delivered to New Mexico addresses will pay NM sales tax.
